Pediatric Speech Pathologist

We are currently seeking SPA registered Speech Pathologist for a permanent position based in Melbourne to work with a caseload of Children entwined with complex disabilities.

On Offer

• Permanent full time position finishing between 3:30/4:30pm everyday
• Ability to negotiate Salary depending on experience. Between $90k – $110k per annum + Super
• Clinic based (no travel for therapists!)
• A World wide clinical group, drawing diverse caseloads, and therapists from all over to provide training and further work opportunities
• Enhanced maternity program
• A full 12 week induction, providing support and understanding that you need to get your feet firmly under the table prior to a full caseload.
• consideration of overseas applicants and with contribution to VISA and relocation costs for the right candidates.

To be Successful

• Minimum qualifications include completion of at least a Bachelor of Applied Science or relevant Speech Pathology degree, from an accredited University.
• Strong clinical experience – at least 2 years post graduate experience preferred, preferably in a paediatric setting with exposure to children with disabilities.
• Current registration with S.P.A, Working with Children Check & NDIS Worker Screening Check.
• CPR and First Aid certificates..
• Current Professional Indemnity Insurance.
• Current Medicare Provider Number or capacity to obtain.
• Good Physical health and fitness and the ability to lift up to 22 kg, extended periods of standing and/or sitting on the floor.
• Ability to communicate confidently and effectively with clients and as part of a multi-disciplinary team
