About the role:

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Paediatric Physiotherapist to join our values driven client who deliver the highest quality.

As a Paediatric Physiotherapist, you will work with infants, children, and adolescents to assess and treat a range of conditions affecting their physical development and movement.

You will use a variety of techniques and interventions to help your young patients achieve their full potential, while also providing support and guidance to their families.

Salary:Fulltime Positions starting at $70,000 annually+Super dependent on experience,

Roles and responsibilities:

  • Assessing and diagnosing physical conditions and disabilities in infants, children, and adolescents
  • Developing and implementing individualised treatment plans tailored to the needs of each patient.
  • Using a range of techniques to improve physical function, such as exercise, massage, and manual therapy.
  • Monitoring progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
  • Educating and advising patients and their families on exercises, self-care, and strategies for improving mobility and function
  • Collaborating with other health care professionals, such as doctors, occupational therapists, and speech therapists, to provide holistic care
  • Keeping accurate and up-to-date records of patient care
  • Staying up to date with new research, techniques, and developments in the field of paediatric physiotherapy.

We would love to hear from you if you have the below:

  • Qualification in Physiotherapy (Undergraduate or Masters)
  • Registered Health Professional with the Australian Health Practitioner’s Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
  • Working with Children’s Check
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Relevant Post Graduate Diploma in Neurological Rehabilitation. (Desirable)
  • Experience or interest in Neurological rehabilitation.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills.
  • Experience in Neurological Rehabilitation. (desirable)
  • Experience in working within the disability sector. (desirable)
