Our client is a leading Pharmaceutical Manufacturer based in Sydney, NSW, and have just celebrated their 30th year anniversary. They specialise in the development, production, and marketing of high-quality pharmaceutical products, with a focus on improving patient outcomes.

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced OEM Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) operations of the company. With a strong focus on sales, you will be liaising with both existing and new clients, to develop and manufacture their products. This role requires a strong focus on delivering quality products on time and within budget, while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement OEM strategies and plans to meet business objectives.
  • Manage OEM projects from initiation through to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality output.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with OEM partners and vendors.
  • Manage and monitor OEM budgets, costs, and timelines to ensure profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies and procedures.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration across departments.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Science, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in OEM management in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong project management skills and experience in managing complex projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
