About the role:
The primary focus of this role involves signing up Participants to access NDIS Support Services and ensuring recruitment and rostering of appropriate staff support staff. At TQ Care we believe in best fit recruitment of disability/mental health/youth support workers to support NDIS participants to lead their best life. Communicating with participants and assessing their support needs is vital to understanding the right support worker match. Using NDIS specific software your role will also involve generation quotes, services agreements, and service schedules, rostering of appropriate staff and monitoring of staff activity within defined processes. Adherence to compliance, processes and occupational work health and safety standards is a must to ensure the safety of participants and staff.
Desirable Experience, Knowledge, and Skills:

  • Experience working with people with disability
  • Recruitment experience in the disability sector and/or health related sector
  • Business development experience is desirable
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and independently
  • Current Driver’s License or a willingness to utilise public transport to meet with participants and stakeholders.
  • Have a current or be willing to obtain Working With Children’s Check Clearance (WWCC), NDIS Screening Clearance and undertake a National Criminal Record Check.
