About the Role
We have an opportunity for a part-time NDIS Consultant to join our evolving and growing TQ Care division. This role will form a vital part of successful service delivery to NDIS participants. The focus of this role is recruitment and induction of compliant, quality support workers to build workforce capacity to service current and new customers. Values based recruitment is vital. You’ll be responsible for assessing candidates’ skills & experience, understanding their motivations, and connecting them with our customers. This role also requires basic account management of existing customers and new customers.
Our teams are encouraged to have a continuous improvement focus which is supported by systems that are designed to enable teams to focus on meaningful interactions with our customers and workforce. You will be supported and coached by an experienced manager and team.
About You
As an experienced Recruiter, you will have a natural ability and drive to connect staff to meaningful work. Your previous exposure to the community/health sector would be highly valued. Your ability to work autonomously will be highly regarded by collaborative team members. As a collective team our goal is growth. You should enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, thrive when meeting goals to deliver positive outcomes. Time-management skills, system and process competency, commercial awareness and a caring human core will serve you well in this role.
