Key Responsibilities:

What We’re Looking For:
- Experienced Leader: Proven track record in advanced midwifery practice and service coordination.
- Strong Communicator: Exceptional leadership and management abilities.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in clinical information systems and quality improvement processes.
- Knowledgeable: Familiar with NMBA Midwife Standards, NSQHS Standards, and change management principles.
- Lifelong Learner: Commitment to continuous professional growth.
Essential Requirements:
- Registration or eligibility for registration as a Registered Midwife.
- Valid ‘C’ class motor vehicle licence.
- Ability to participate in an on-call roster and perform manual handling tasks.
- Compliance with respiratory protection and vaccination requirements.
- Willingness to travel and stay overnight if needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Postgraduate qualifications in Midwifery, Health Administration, or Management.
