Registered Midwife / Dual Registered Nurse-Midwife – Ballarat, VIC (Permanent Roles Only)

You will play a vital role in supporting families throughout their journey to parenthood, working across antenatal clinics, maternity wards, birth suites, and special care nurseries. About the Role

• Provide comprehensive pregnancy, birth, and postnatal care.
• Assess, plan, deliver, and evaluate patient-centred nursing and midwifery care.
• Contribute to effective team communication and a supportive ward environment.
• Support and mentor junior staff and students, including orientation and preceptorship.
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to achieve clinical and operational goals.

What We’re Looking For

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Midwife or Registered Nurse/Midwife.
• A strong commitment to quality patient care and clinical excellence.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
• A focus on continuous professional development and learning.
• The ability to thrive in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.

• Salary: $68,093 – $96,175 per annum + 11.5% superannuation
