Job description
We are currently seeking General Registered Psychologist based in Melbourne, to work with a diverse NDIS caseload. In this role, you will provide psychological assessments, interventions, and therapy to NDIS participants across a range of presentations, including but not limited to, mental health, developmental, and behavioural issues.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological assessments, including diagnostic testing and functional assessments, for NDIS participants.
- Develop and implement individualised treatment plans in line with NDIS goals.
- Provide evidence-based therapy to support mental health, behaviour management, and developmental concerns.
- Work collaboratively with NDIS participants, their families, careers, and other support staff to implement treatment plans and achieve goals.
- Maintain detailed and accurate clinical notes, reports, and other documentation in line with professional and organisational standards.
- Participate in case reviews and collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care.
- Stay up-to-date with NDIS policies, procedures, and funding guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and ethical standards, including confidentiality and privacy requirements.
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Registered Psychologist with AHPRA.
- Experience working with NDIS participants, particularly those with a range of psychological and developmental needs.
- Strong knowledge of the NDIS framework and its funding models.
- A compassionate, person-centred approach to care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and their families.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Previous experience in providing evidence-based interventions such as CBT, DBT, and/or other therapeutic modalities is highly desirable.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
