MANAGER OF NDIS SUPPORT COORDINATION THE ROLE Location: South Sydney Salary: $93,000 - $100,000 depending on experience + Superannuation + Salary Packaging Hours: Full Time, Permanent, Monday - Friday. Some flexible working available once you are fully on-boarded and settled into the role. As a leader of people and change, you will be pivotal in supporting an individual to activate their NDIS Plan and achieve the most from their funding. You will oversee and manage a team of NDIS Support Coordinators. The team currently consists of 3 full time and 2 casual Support Coordinators, with a view to this slowly growing over time. Duties and responsibilities will include: Lead and develop a team of Support Coordinators Manage a case-load of specialist and complex support coordination participants. Mentor your team to achieve participant outcomes and meet revenue targets. Implement systems and processes that meet KPI's and prepare and present reports. ABOUT YOU You will be passionate about helping people living with a disability achieve positive outcomes through their NDIS Plan. You put the customer first in all that you do and demonstrate accountability and resourcefulness in your approach at work. SOCIAL WORKER - LOCUM CONTRACT OR PERMANENT - REGIONAL NEW SOUTH WALES THE ROLE Salary: $45 - $55 an hour + Super - Level 1/2 Social Worker. Flexible for the right person. More experienced Social Worker's also welcome to apply. Location: South West New South Wales. Close to both Canberra and Orange. Accommodation: Provided Contract: Flexible - 3 months or 6 months available (possibly longer). Permanent vacancy also available. We are currently looking for an experienced Social Worker to work within a facility in regional NSW, just two hours from Canberra and two hours from Orange. You will work within a positive multi-disciplinary team and a great work environment, in a beautiful location, with cherry blossom season about to start!! Contract length is flexible. In order to be successful, you must ideally have a background in rehabilitation/geriatric/palliative care, or experience working with adults.
