Dental Practice Manager / Operations Manager
Job description

The role involves a wide variety of tasks, which will differ depending on the needs of the practice. However, it will generally cover aspects such as overseeing the day-to-day running of the business, financial management, marketing and administration, and human resources.
The clinic has an experienced CFO and book-keeper that will rely on you for input and review. They also have a Front Desk Manager and Co-ordinator’s in-charge of Sterilisation and Ordering as well as helping with rostering.
The practice has an external marketing and PR company that looks after most of the marketing aspects, and again they will liaise closely with you for input.
As you will be responsible for managing staff and liaising with different stakeholders, it is important to have strong communication and proven leadership skills, as well as being comfortable working with people in a team environment. You should also have good organisational skills and the ability to plan and multitask.
You will have a friendly, positive attitude coupled with emotional intelligence and maturity. In addition, you must be a hands-on individual who is passionate to work within a collegiate team environment and make a difference.
Salary is flexible commensurate with skills and experience and may include a quarterly bonus.
