Job Title: Clinical Nurse Manager – Permanent Position
Start Date: ASAP
Location: Western Australia
Pay Rate: $120k per annum + Super + Salary Packaging
You’ll join a dedicated and close-knit team committed to delivering personalised care that adapts to evolving needs. As a valued team member and leader, you’ll use your clinical expertise to ensure residents receive exceptional care from both nursing and support staff
Responsibilities Include:
- Support, coordinate and mentor a small team of nurses & health care workers
- Provide clinical leadership, assess & develop capability of nursing staff
- Coordinate & oversee admissions, and clinical documentation
- Prepare budgets & support cost control initiatives
Requirements
- Current AHPRA registration.
- Ability to step into the Facility Manager role when needed
- Demonstrated success in leading and achieving high-quality clinical outcomes
- Strong skills in reporting and research
- Certified in Infection Control
