Job Title: Child Health Nurse
Location: Northern Territory
Pay Rate: $95 – $105 p/hour
Role Overview:
Are you passionate about improving the health and well-being of young children? Do you thrive in dynamic and diverse environments? Talent Quarter are searching for a Child Health Nurse to work in the Northern Territory and make a meaningful impact on the lives of families across the region
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform health checks and developmental evaluations for young children
- Provide immunisations and monitor growth milestones
- Educate and support families on early childhood health and development
- Address and manage common and chronic health issues in children
- Creating care plans for children
- Working within the community as well as clinic based
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration
- Vaccination certificate and experience
- Postgraduate qualification in Child and Family Health Nursing is highly desirable
- Experience in child health nursing or related fields is preferred
- Hold a valid Police Check and Working with Children Check
