CASE MANAGER – FAMILY PRESERVATION

THE ROLE

*MULTIPLE POSITIONS AVAILABLE*

Salary: $88,757 – $93,295 + Super + Salary Packaging

*Vehicle included for both work and personal use*

Location: Mount Druitt, Western Sydney

As a Case Manager within the Family Preservation Team, your role role will offer support to young people and their families and communities experiencing or at risk of vulnerability, with the focus being on preserving the family unit. The Case Manager will have the responsibility of using evidenced based approaches in a casework framework to engage young people and their families for meaningful, client led outcomes. The role is also responsible for facilitating various groups, workshops and events, consequently improving overall community engagement and social participation for young people. All programs will be underpinned by evidence informed principles and work with the Family Preservation framework.

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA

• Bachelor Degree in a relevant field and at least 2 years relevant experience
• Strengths based case management experience with the ability to engage families at the point of initial contact and build collaborative working relationships
• Ability to work one-on-one with clients in a holistic and flexible manner
• Working With Childrens Check or willingness to undergo one
• National Police Check or willingness to undergo one
• Covid-19 Vaccinated
