We’re on the lookout for a values-driven Behaviour Support Practitioner to join a dedicated team transforming lives in the Greater Newcastle district.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Deliver tailored behaviour support to children and teens
- Work closely with families and multidisciplinary teams
- Develop NDIS-aligned support plans and interventions
- Empower caregivers with training and tools
- Make a real impact where it matters most
What You’ll Bring:
- Relevant degree (Psych, Social Work, Education etc.)
- NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner registration (Core/Advanced)
- Experience with children and young people with disabilities
- Strong communication, empathy, and a team spirit
