Talent Quarter are currently seeking Registered Behaviour support Practitioners for an Online/Telehealth organisation with a small face to face caseload based in Western Sydney. Our clients operate on a national basis and have been in business since 2019
About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Behaviour Support Practitioner to join our team in Western Sydney. This role offers a flexible work environment, with the majority of client sessions being conducted online via telehealth. You will have the opportunity to work with a small, manageable caseload, allowing you to provide high-quality, person-centred care to individuals and families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop behaviour support plans for clients.
- Provide one-on-one and family support through telehealth and, when necessary, in-person sessions.
- Deliver evidence-based interventions, ensuring positive and sustainable outcomes.
- Collaborate with other professionals and stakeholders to ensure integrated support for clients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.
- Ensure compliance with NDIS guidelines and best practice standards.
About You:
- Experience as a Behaviour Support Practitioner, ideally with a background in working with individuals with disabilities.
- Must hold NDIS Behaviour Support Registration at a minimum Core Level.
- Strong understanding of behaviour support frameworks and the NDIS system.
- Ability to work independently and manage a small caseload effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on telehealth delivery.
- Current registration with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission (or eligibility to obtain).
- Passion for empowering individuals to achieve their goals and improve their quality of life.
What We Offer:
- Competitive hourly rate of $90 – $110 per hour based on experience.
- Small, manageable caseload with a focus on quality over quantity.
- Flexibility to work predominantly from home (telehealth), with some in-person sessions in the Western Sydney area.
- 38 hours per week with a reasonable expectation of 5 billable hours per day.
