Our Social Care team are the trusted provider of support workers to many Disability, Youth & Mental Health service providers across Australia, and we are looking for an Allocations Officer to support our growth.
Your main responsibilities will be taking job orders from clients via phone and email, allocating suitable workers to shifts based on their skills, and providing them with the required information and support to do their job safely.
You will join an established team who fill 500+ shifts per week across 30+ client locations so it is crucial you are organised, able to prioritise tasks, work under time pressure and deliver exceptional customer service.
Our Social Care team service clients nationally, working 38 hours per week between 6.00am -6.00pm Mon-Fri (this can vary due to daylight savings)
Experience preferred but not necessary in Allocations/rostering in a healthcare system
Systems knowledge and excellent typing skills
Organized and able to multitask and thrive in a fast paced environment
Excellent phone manner
Able to quickly build rapport with candidates and clients and maintain positive relationships
