Job description

We are currently seeking Registered Allied Health Professionals to work with our clients who provide a mobile team of allied health professional who visit older Australian living in the community or in residential care.

To Be successful

• Must Hold a tertiary qualification one of the following: – Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Psychologist holding AHPRA registration
• Experience working with older people
• Hold full drivers license and own vehicle, with the understanding to meet the client at their preferred location.
• Provide Clincally appropriate and documented interventions
• Provide evidence-based assessments to older residents with a clear pathway towards goals and discharge
• The ability to Liaise with Key stake holders and work as part of a multidisciplinary team
