About the role
This role is responsible for providing direction and leadership to the Behaviour Support/Allied Health services ensuring compliance with NDIS Practice Standards and relevant legislative and organisational requirements. It will be supported by a team of seniors and consultants.

Services are delivered across Perth and the South West region, so you could be based in either.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining service framework, ensuring the provision of quality services compliant with NDIS requirements.
  • Monitoring and evaluating Behaviour Support plans developed by the team
  • Statistical analysis for monthly reporting
  • Mentoring and supporting team members to deliver high-quality outcome-based services to customers.
  • Growing the function to meet customer demand

The ideal candidate will have the following: –

  • Relevant Allied Health degree with AHPRA registration or relevant registration with discipline-specific lead organisation e.g. Psychologists, Occupational Therapist, Speech Pathologist, Social Worker
  • NDIS PBS Registered or prepared to go through the process
  • Management experience in Allied Health/Behaviour Support
  • Previous experience in developing and delivering PBS frameworks and employee supervision
  • Experience in the development, monitoring and approval of Behaviour Support Plans
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Sound knowledge of NDIS, quality & safeguarding and reporting
  • Highly skilled in communicating with a range of different stakeholders
  • Demonstrated commercial acumen
  • Development and implementation of policies and procedures
