Job Title: Registered Nurse (Aged Care)

Location: South Australia
Pay Rate: $80K – $90k per annum

We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our dynamic health care team. The successful candidate will provide exceptional patient care, work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, and contribute to maintaining high clinical standards

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct, person-centred nursing care and individualised case management to patients on a shift-by-shift basis
• Assess patient needs, plan and implement appropriate care, and coordinate services across various disciplines and agencies as required
• Provide health education and promotion to patients, groups, and caregivers, aiming to enhance overall health outcomes

Requirements

• AHPRA registration
• Strong knowledge of the Registered Nurse’s role within a health care setting, with specific experience in aged care
• Proven clinical competence and expertise
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team
• Dedicated to delivering patient- and family-centred care
