Job Title: Aged Care Manager
Start Date: ASAP start
Location: South Australia
Pay Rate: $140k – $150k per annum

Become a Care Manager at a small, family-friendly, 30-bed aged care facility dedicated to enriching the lives of residents, their families, and staff in a community-focused environment.

Responsibilities include:

• Lead the care team with a collaborative approach to ensure resident-centered care
• Oversee high-quality care that aligns with values and accreditation standards
• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and reviews of resident’s care needs
• Coordinate and facilitate the admission of new residents
• Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation

Requirements

• 5+ years Aged Care experience
• 2+ years leadership experience within an Aged Care setting
• Registered with AHPRA
• NDIS Worker Screening Check
• Current Influenza and COVID vaccinations
