Job description

We are currently seeking a Senior Social worker to work as part of an Acute Rehabilitation Team in a hospital setting, with some hybrid expectations of visiting homes of clients or community health centres.

To be considered

• Hold a tertiary bachelor/masters qualification in Social work
• Hold AASW or be eligible with a willingness to obtain
• Have a minimum of 3 years experience working in within a hospital/health care setting.
• Up-to-date on vaccinations and meet occupational health criteria
• Working with vulnerable children check, and undergo a National police check
• Have full Australian working rights.
